How to Make Them See the Light – Creating a culture of volunteer engagement throughout your agency
Working with staff who supervise volunteers can sometimes be a challenging task. Does it seem like you are always fighting a losing battle when it comes to working with staff who supervise volunteers in your organization? Are you struggling to help them understand the value of volunteers? Join us for a round table discussion on effective ways to energize and educate staff who work with volunteers. Help them see the light on how volunteers can further the goals of their programs and their work load.
